agreement with your creditors that will leave
you with just one monthly affordable payment.
This payment to be made to Haydon Associates and
distributed amongst your creditors, putting you
back in control of your finances. Monthly statements
will be issued detailing the agreed payments.
Interest charges and further action may be suspended
during the term of this arrangement.
- Creditors
are not obliged to freeze interest or accept
reduced payments.
- Reduced
payment arrangements may have an affect on your
credit rating.
- It
is important not to ignore correspondance from
your creditors, this can be passed to us and
we can deal with all letters for you.
- It
is important that debts are prioritised accordingly,
i.e. Mortgage & Council Tax must be paid.
