practitioners out there it is understandable that you would like
to know how to choose the best Company to deal on your behalf.
At Haydon Associates we pride ourselves on our personal service,
we are not a Call Centre and you will continue to deal with the
same staff no matter what stage you are at with your account, you
will be allocated an Account Manager who will guide you through
the initial negotiations with your creditors, you will be advised
when creditors accept offers of payment and also if they decline
(many DMC's do not inform you) you will be talked through each stage
of debt recovery that creditors may use so you can be prepared if
the worse happens and your Account Manager will be your main point
of contact for any queries you may have.
We take the stress of debt away, meaning that the standard debt
letters will gradually reduce and once the debt management plan
is in place those letters should stop, we also endeavour to reduce
or even prevent interest charges accruing this meaning that all
payments no matter how low will reduce your balance. We also do
not expect you to have to talk to collection agents as we understand
that they can pressurise you into promising payments you cannot
maintain.
